VERLIE J. DAVIS
Verlie Jones Davis, 87, died Monday at Wilson Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Walter Jones and Neppie Godwin Jones Crumpler. She is survived by two sons, three brothers and two sisters, 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at the Kenly Church of God with the Rev. Darrell Hooker officiating. Burial will be in the Kenly Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 7-9 p.m. at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly.
