MOUNT OLIVE -- James Reuben "J.R." Harrell, 62, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2012.
Funeral service will be Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at Friendly Holiness Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. Emmitt Jones officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie Ann Fields Harrell; daughter, Deanna Harrell-Dodson and husband, Aaron, of Mount Olive; son, Richard E. Harrell and wife, Suzanne, of Seven Springs; grandchildren, Katie Dodson, Kathryn and Zachary Harrell and Matthew Lassiter; and aunt and uncle, Gladys and Everette Wise of Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, Sept. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m.
