CREEDMOOR -- Spencer A. Ward, 30, Creedmoor, formerly of Goldsboro, died Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Durham Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Capital Funeral Home in Raleigh, with pastor Julia Graves officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to service, and other times at the home.
Spencer was born Feb. 12, 1982, in Alamance County to the late Lila Mae Lloyd and Joel Hugo Ward of Alabama.
He is survived by his fiancée, Amy Boone of the home; two children, Anizha Pittman and Zymez Howard of Goldsboro; his maternal grandmother, Etrulia Love of Yanceyville; his special parents, Connie and Betty Middleton of Garner; three sisters, Nicole Neal of Greensboro, Fatima (Lamont) Walden of Durham and Brittney Ward of Winston-Salem; three brothers, Devaris Middleton, Dexter (Dea) Middleton of Raleigh and Gabriel Ward of Winston-Salem; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many other relatives and friends.
