CAROLYN CAUDELL MCCABE

Carolyn Caudell McCabe, 72, went to be with her Lord and savior Thursday morning, March 15, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends following the service, and other times at the residence.
Carolyn was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, and retired from BellSouth after 38 years of service.
Her husband, Ralph Harrell McCabe, preceded in her death two months ago.
She is survived by two daughters, V. Janelle McCabe and Jane Caudell Steele of Goldsboro; a stepson, Tony McCabe and wife, Lisa, of Goldsboro; three grandchildren, Noah Stone, Ashley McCabe Rice and husband, Rob, and Austin McCabe; special cousins, Betsy Garrison and Peggy Potter; special friend, Ann Ham; and her beloved dogs, Buster and Moose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center or Bethel United Methodist Church in Carolyn's memory.
