MOUNT OLIVE -- Pedro Ceballos, 53, 1342 Tram Road, died Tuesday afternoon, March 13, 2012, in a motor vehicle accident.

A native of Zacatepec, Morelos, in Mexico, he was employed with Mt. Olive Pickle Co. as a forklift operator.

Pedro is survived by his wife, Maria D. Negrete Ceballos; five sons, Pedro D., Alberto and Victor Ceballos all of the home, Francisco Ceballos, serving in Afghanistan with the United States Air Force, and Fabian Ceballos of California; his parents, Adelaide Ceballos Vara and Aurea Barberi Gutierres Ceballos of Zacatepec; six brothers, Joel A. Ceballos of Mount Olive, Esteban, Fernando, Roberto and Alvara Ceballos all of Zacatepec and Victor Ceballos of Van Nuys, Calif.; and two sisters, Guadalupe and Yadira both of Zacatepec.

A wake will be held at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive Friday, March 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 17, at 3 p.m. at Maria Reina de Las Americas Church on Whitfield Road, Mount Olive, with burial following in St. Mary's of the Angels Catholic Church Cemetery on U.S. 117 South between Mount Olive and Calypso.
