NEW BERN -- Marion Gooding, 83, died Wednesday.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sherwood Forest Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. John Moran, the Rev. Eddie Riddick and the Rev. Dann Patrick officiating. Burial will be at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
He was married to Elgon Gooding.
He is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Cotten Funeral Home.
