KINSTON -- Joseph Lemuel Hardy, 92, died Tuesday at home.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with pastor Hank Jarman officiating. Interment with military honors will be at Westview Cemetery.
He was born April 2, 1919, in Lenoir County to the late Marion Langhorne Hardy and Eloise Kornegay Hardy. He was married to Hazel Sutton Hardy.
He is survived by two sons.
Visitation is tonight from 6 to 8 at Rouse Funeral Home, and at other times the family will be at the home.
