MOUNT OLIVE -- Raleph Samuel Parks, 79, resident of Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation, died Sunday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Payne Tempale AME Zion Church, with the Rev. Earthel Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Carver Cemtery.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Samuel and Amy Wade Parks. He was married to Blondell Parks.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
