FAISON -- Dr. Cora Aycock Brewington, 94, of 1326 Warren Road, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Home going services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly Headquarters Building, 211 West Hooks River Road, with elder Kendall Clark and Bishop Alton A. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Faison Community Cemetery, Faison.
She was born on in Wayne County to the late Alfred and Frances Williams Aycock.
One son survives.
Viewing will be held today from 3 until 5 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel. A wake will be held from 6 until 7 p.m. at Moses Chapel Disciple Church of Christ.
Garris Funeral Home is serving the family.
