KAY'LA MOSES AND KA'LIB MOSES COLE
DUDLEY -- Jeffery Moses and Tichelle Cole announce the birth of their babies, Kay'la Moses and Ka'lib Moses Cole, Thursday at Pitt Memorial Hospital. Kay'la died Friday and Ka'lib died Saturday.
Arrangements are pending at Garris Funeral Home.
