PIKEVILLE--Ernest "E.C." Bissette, 73, died Friday at Wake Medical Center. A service to celebrate his life will be held tonight at 7 p.m. in the chapel at Seymour Funeral Home. Entombment will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pikeville Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
