Annie Louise Broadhurst, 81, 902 Poplar St., Apt. B, departed this life Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, N.C.
She was born to the late Mary Emma Kornegay.
Annie was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Lane
Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, July 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church, 1003 Poplar St., Goldsboro, N.C., with Pastor Howard E. McNair officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, 429 U.S. 117 North, Goldsboro, N.C.
Also, a public viewing will be held prior to the funeral service Saturday, July 9, 2011, from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church, 1003 Poplar St., Goldsboro, N.C.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory a daughter, Cynthia Woodson Sterling; a granddaughter, Anna Marie Sterling; a grandson, Jarrett Lane; and a host of other relatives and friends.
