DIXIE E. SHORT
Dixie Edgerton Short, 78, Oak Circle Drive, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Thursday at 6 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro, with visitation afterward.
A graveside service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley.
She was born in Johnston County May 22, 1933, to the late Fred and Ila Sullivan Edgerton. She was married to Andrew Jackson Short.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
