GREENSBORO -- Bertha Jones Taylor, 82, 2 Wetherburn Way, Greensboro, N.C., formerly of Goldsboro, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 2 p.m. at New Light Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road in Greensboro.
The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Bertha is survived by a daughter, Doris Taylor Mosely (Edward); two sons, Kenneth Taylor (Lori) and Richard Taylor of Greensboro, N.C.; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, Freddie Lee Jones (Singer B) of Goldsboro, N.C.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
