Milford Edward Jones, 80, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Milford was born in Greene County Feb. 6, 1931,to the late Robert Lee Jones and Maydron Missouri Wiggins Jones.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Holder officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Milford is survived by his daughter, Ann Jones Harris and husband, Bill, of Raleigh; his sister, Shirley Bricky of Virginia; his two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 3, 2011, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
