James "Pete" Earl Walls, 65, of Route 2, Princeton, died Tuesday at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Sarah Eason officiating.
He is survived by one son.
The family will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday at 12:45 in preparation for the service.
