EVERETTE NEIL EPPS
Died Feb. 24, 2011
WILMINGTON -- Everette Neil Epps, Wilmington, formerly of Goldsboro, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was the son of the late Everette Meters Epps and Eloise Fields Epps.
The funeral service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Saturday evening at Casey Funeral Home. A committal service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Princeton Cemetery.
Neil leaves behind a loving daughter and son-in-law, Krystal Epps Howard and husband, Billy, who cared for him faithfully. He also leaves behind a special aunt, Lorice McMillan; a special uncle, Joe Ben Sauls; a longtime "brother," Michael Edwards; and many other special loved ones.
The family wishes to send a special thanks to Neil's wonderful caregivers, the staffs of Drs. Anagnost, Nichols, Wiese and Church, the New Hanover Regional EMS and the Lower Cape Fear Hospice (especially Jane, Bonnie and Cindy).
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday evening, Feb. 26, at Casey Funeral Home, and at other times at the home of Kathleen Howard, 203 Westbrook Ave., Goldsboro (Rosewood Area).
