NEWTON GROVE -- Stella B. Cotton, 67, died Friday.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Maple Grove United Methodist Church, Dunn, with Pastor Scott Foster and the Rev. Walter Gaskins officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mrs. Cotton is survived by her husband, Walter R. Cotton; daughters and sons-in-law, Malinda Cotton and Woody Knight of Four Oaks, Debbie Cotton and Allen Mac Giddens of Newton Grove, Barbara Jean Cotton of Alexandria, Va.; grandchildren, Brittany Parker, Heather Smith, Bethany Knight, Nick Johnson, Lauren Giddens, Dustin Giddens; mother-in-law, Mary Hinson, of Goldsboro; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Bobby Adams of Four Oaks; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Shirley C. Blackman and Lloyd and Joyce Blackman, all of Newton Grove; sisters-in-law, Jane Blackman of Newton Grove and Shirley B. Blackman of Dudley; special friends, Linda and Billy Jackson of Dunn; and an aunt, Pearl McLamb of Benson.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, 2011.
