MOUNT OLIVE -- Louise Millard Hill, 84, died early Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Tyndall Funeral Home chapel. Conducting will be bishop Richard Brown. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mrs. Hill was a member of the Mount Olive Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was a retired secretary.
She was preceded in death by a son, George Patrick "Pat" Power; her parents, George Bennett Millard and Blanche Deadmon Millard; and a sister, Georgia M. Schweizer.
She is survived by her husband, James "Buddy" Hill of the home; a son, Stephen Thomas Power; a daughter, Diana Ellen Power Hummings of Mount Olive; two grandchildren, Betsy C. Hummings and friend, Santos Sontay, of Four Oaks and Justin W. Hummings of Mount Olive; and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday during the hour before the service, and at other times at the home, 136 W. Pine Forest Road, Mount Olive.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
