DENISE KEEN JURNIGAN

SUFFOLK, Va. -- Denise Keen Jurnigan, 54, Suffolk, Va., left her earthly home surrounded by her family and friends Feb. 1, 2011.
She was born in Mount Olive, N.C., the daughter of Bobby S. Keen and the late Joyce Westbrook Keen.
She was a graduate of Forest Glen High School class of 1974.
Denise worked as a computer operator for Frank E. Sheffer and Co. for 26 years.
She was a member of Suffolk Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Denise is survived by her daddy, Bobby S. Keen; daughter and "son," Stephanie and Jason Ritter; granddaughter, Lela Brooke Ritter; sister, Karen Keen Austin and husband, Tommy; nieces, Lindsay Westbrook and Bobbie Lee Austin; cousin, Gail Fleischfresser; aunts, Alice Maxwell, Barbara K. Graham and Hilda Graham; uncle, Junie and Miss Edie; and longtime friend, Jack Riddick Parker.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. Larry Soblotne officiating.
A time of visitation with the family will follow the service at the funeral home, and other times at the residence.
