CHARLES HENRY WEEKS

PIKEVILLE -- Charles Henry Weeks, 74, 739 Hinnant Road, went to be with his Lord and savior Wednesday evening.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
He attended Pikeville Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, and was a retired farmer.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Linda Weeks; two sons, Danny Ray Edmundson of Fremont and Samuel James Weeks and wife, Jennifer, of Bailey; two daughters, Linda Bunn and husband, Ronnie, of Goldsboro and Jo Ann Crawford and fiance', Greg Collins, of Alberston; two brothers, Carroll Weeks of Nahunta and Frank Weeks of Goldsboro; a sister, Jean Carrico of Statesville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Issac and Mamie Weeks, and a grandchild.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont, and other times at the residence.
