WARSAW -- Emma Scott Lockamy, 87, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, at Autumn Village in Beulaville, N.C.
Mrs. Lockamy was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Duplin County to the late Claude Scott and Hazel Boyette Scott.
Mrs. Lockamy is survived by sons, Charles Lockamy and wife, Sandra, and Bobby Scott "Scotty" Lockamy and wife, Rebecca, both of Warsaw; brother, Clay Scott and wife, Margaret, of Warsaw; grandchildren, Charles M. Lockamy Jr. Tory L. Lockamy and Tamara Stevens and husband, Daniel; and great-grandchildren, Hannah Stevens, Beckett Stevens and Claire Scott Stevens.
In additon to her parents, Mrs. Lockamy was predeceased by husband, A.C. Lockamy; brothers, Manley Scott, Andrew Scott nad Marcus Scott; and sister, Arlene West.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at Community Funeral Home chapel in Warsaw.
Visitation will follow the service. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, in Pinecrest Cemetery.
