Charles L. Shaw Sr. 75, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Celebration of Life Chapel. Burial will be in Cobb-Faison Cemetery
He was born Nov. 22, 1935, to the late Edd Laylon and Myrtle Brown in Dunn.
He is survived by his four sons.
Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends at 105 Daryl Drive in Goldsboro, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral cortege.
