RICHARD ALLEN FRAZIER RICHARD ALLEN FRAZIER

Feb. 9, 1977-Nov. 27. 2010

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Psalm 46:1

KERNERSVILLE -- Richard Allen Frazier died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at his mother's home at 4520 Pickney Court, Kerners-ville, N.C., 27284.

"Lord restoreth my soul."

He was born Feb. 9, 1977, to Linda and Steve Frazier in Iowa City, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Carl and Geraldine Frazier; uncle, Bob Cole; uncle, Curtis Frazier; grandpa, Richard Doremus; and aunt, Mary Spinks.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Doremus-Benson; stepdad, David Benson; father, Steve Frazier of Texas; brother, Eugene Russell of Matteson, Ill.; aunts and uncles in Iowa, Nebraska and Texas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

No memorial service will be conducted, just a small private family spreading of his ashes in the forest per Richard's wishes.

In 2 Corinthians 12:8-10, Paul tells a story to be read.

Richard Allen Frazier accepted the Lord in his younger years, was baptized and saved. Therefore, he falls under God's grace.

Passages of the Bible that comfort me with that are several, but one in mind is Romans 8:31-39: "Nothing can separate a Christian from God's love (Romans 8:38-39)."

If no "created thing" can separate a Christian from God's love, and even a Christian who commits suicide is a "created thing," then not even suicide can separate a Christian from God's love. Jesus died for all of our sins, and if a true Christian, in a time of spiritual attack and weakness, commits suicide, that would still be a sin covered by the blood of Christ.

John 3-16 says it all.

"Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted." Matthew 5:4 KJV

Love from Richard's mom, Linda.

All the family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
