FREMONT -- Thaddeus Brent West, 28, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
He is survived by his parents, Rudolph "Rudy" Bert West Jr. and Rebecca West of Fremont; his wife, Melissa Tedder West; a daughter, Skylar Alyssa West; two brothers, Bert West of Gastonia and fiancée, Stephanie Lewis, and Bryan West and wife, Lisa, of Fremont and their newborn, Marcy Anne; his paternal grandmother, Frances M. West of Fremont; his maternal grandfather, Ira D. Rhodes Sr. of Pikeville; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 20, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home, 102 N. Pine St. in Fremont, and other times at the home of his grandmother, Frances West.
