IDA RUTH MITCHELL DAVIS

PPIKEVILLE -- Ida Ruth Mitchell Davis, 82, Countryside Living, passed away Wednesday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Mrs. Davis was born Dec. 12, 1927, to the late Romie and Bessie Gurley Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Davis.
Mrs. Davis is survived by a brother-in-law, George Wilson, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont, and other times at the home of Mike and Judy Aycock, 3429 Pikeville-Princeton Road in Pikeville.
