PRINCETON -- Lydia Earp Davis Braswell, 89, died Thursday evening at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at Princeton Church of God with the Rev. Tommy Hart, the Rev. Roland Stone and the Rev. Bill Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Selma Memorial Gardens.
Born in Johnston County to the late James Fred and Della Woodard Earp, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Davis; and a son.
Surviving are her husband, George Herbert Braswell; two sons, and three step-daughters.
The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma.
