CLINTON, Sampson County -- Scott Lee Godwin, 45, died Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
The funeral will be held Friday, May 28, 2010, at 3 p.m. at Hoods Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Clayton Sutton officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Massengill Godwin; stepdaughter and husband, Amber and Greg Johnson of Clinton; parents, Thomas Sr. and Betty Godwin of Clinton; brother, Thomas H. Godwin Jr. of Clinton; and stepgrandchildren, Gregory, Hannah and Jasper Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West and Dunn Funeral Homes of Newton Grove, P.O. Box 32, Newton Grove, N.C., 28366, to help with funeral expenses.
