Falanda Nancy Phillips, 45, of 3201 Central Heights Road, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Cobb Cemetery, Faison
She is survived by four children
Visitation will be today from 4 until 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at 1108 Evans St., where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
