Arnold J. "Pap" Barnes, 88, of 901 Canal St., died Wednesday at his home.
Funeral services will be Monday at noon at Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1108 Rosewood Road, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Sam Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Herbert and Lola Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Whitfield Barnes, of the home.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
