Ellen Lorraine Mills Raynor passed away on Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Raynor was born in Wayne County on Oct. 6, 1943, to the late Charles Street Mills and Catherine Kleinert Mills. She was married for 47 years to the late Harvey Edward Raynor.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony McLamb Rev. Patrick Muston officiating. Interment will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Raynor is survived by her daughter, Cathy R. Rose and husband Bob of Goldsboro; her sons, Charles E. Raynor and wife Melissa, Darrell G. Raynor and wife Sharon, and Eugene G. Raynor and wife Peggy, all of Goldsboro; and her grandchildren, Bruce Rose, Hope Rose, Taylor Raynor, Joshua Raynor, Jessica Raynor, Courtney Krieg and husband Brian, Matthew Raynor, Madison Raynor, Katie Gay and Taylor Gay. She is also survived by her sister, Lois Mills of Goldsboro; and her brothers, Roy C. Mills and wife, the late Jean Mills, Norwood Mills and wife Thelma, Horace Mills, and Ralph Mills and wife Shirley, all of Goldsboro.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Marvin Mills and Charles Mills.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and following the service. At other times the family will be at the home of Eugene and Peggy Raynor, 625 Mills Road, Goldsboro.
