Barbara Ann Forbis, 28, passed away Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A private service will be held.
She was born in Mecklenburg County Oct. 19, 1981.
Barbara is survived by her mother, Linda Forbis of Fremont, and her father, William Forbis of Monroe.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
