PEG FERNSTROM

PIKEVILLE -- Peg Fernstrom, 85, passed away Friday.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Jefferson Street in Goldsboro, with father Tom Norris, O.S.F.S., presiding.
She was the daughter of the late Philip and Elizabeth S. Ammon and the wife of Roy A. Fernstrom.
Miss Peg was a self-employed custom dress maker.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Fernstrom is survived by three children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 610 N. William St., Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
