MOUNT OLIVE -- Craven Jay Dudley, 46, died Friday night at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held today at 6 p.m. at the chapel of Tyndall Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Hill will officiate. The family will receive friends at the chapel following the service, and at other times at the home of his parents, 186 NC 403 East. Committal and burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Maplewood Cemetery.
Craven was a retired construction worker. He is survived by his parents, James L. and Irma Byrd Dudley of Mount Olive; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dianne D. and Jimmy Williams of Faison, Janet D. and Cary Turner of Mount Olive, and Rhonda D. and Ray Myers of Mount Olive; and several nieces and nephews.
