Selby Dixon Raper, 79, of Kenly died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Dixon Family Cemetery.
Mr. Raper retired from Cherry Hospital and was a US Army veteran.
Surviving are wife, Betty Faye Holland Raper; daughter, Cassie Raper Bailey and husband, Charlie; grandchildren, Kayla Whitley, Deanna Edwards and Devin Bailey
Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
