Mary Elizabeth Davis, 71, of 1405 Apt. 2 Poplar Street, died Tuesday in the Wake Medical Center.
She is survived by her brother Nathan E. Davis Sr.
Her life will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Greater Guiding Star United Holy Church, 1114 S. Slocumb St., Goldsboro. Elder Joseph M. Williams Sr. will be officiating. Her mortal frame will be laid to rest in the Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
