Linwood "Bud" Lancaster 81, of Wilson, died Friday.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 pm at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
He was a son of the late Redden Bryant and Selma Worrell Lancaster of the Watery Branch community in the Eureka area. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Marie Taylor.
Surviving is his wife, Ruby Carter Lancaster; daughters, Debbie Vaughn (David) of Wilson and Robin Wood (Waymon) of Garner; grandchildren, Lee Vaughn (Kasey), Bryan Vaughn (Lindsey) and Bethany Sherrod (Nick); sisters, Hilda Boyette of Wilson, Faye Wise & Gray Sauls of Eureka, Shirley Holt of Fayetteville; brothers, R.B. Lancaster, Jr and Ray Lancaster of Eureka.
The family will be at Wilson Memorial tonight from 6:30-8 p.m.
