Jamie Worthington, 19, 316 Meyers Ave., died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries. Burial will follow in the family plot in Kinston.
He is survived by his parents, Hilda Worthington and Archie Greg Simmons, and one child.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
