DUDLEY -- Gloria Jean Middleton Lewis, 62, 467 Durham Lake Road, peacefully departed this life Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Her life will be remembered and celebrated Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. James African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, with pastor Edward Williamson officiating. Her mortal remains will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
She leaves to cherish her most loving and precious memories a daughter, Gina Pa'ssion Lewis of Dudley; her siblings, Leslie Middleton of Dudley, apostle D. L. McIntyre of Goldsboro, Melanie Holmes of Goldsboro, Sharon Poon of Wilmington, Del., and Juanita Redic of Bear, Del.; and a host other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
