DELMAR W. KING

Delmar Warren King, 81, died Tuesday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC.
Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Richard Hill officiating. Family members will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the graveside service and at other times at the home of Gerald and Cindy King, 444 Garner Chapel Road, Mount Olive, NC, 28365.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late Perry Durwood and Helen Inez Hardy King and husband of the late Mary Kornegay King.
Mr. King is survived by two sons, Glenn W. King of Seven Springs and Gerald B. King and wife, Cindy, of Mount Olive; one brother, Jack Hardy King of Dudley; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Neal King and brothers, Allen Royce King and Durwood Lee King.
