WALDORF, Md. -- Dolores May Myers died Thursday.
The funeral was held today at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Piney Parish in Waldorf, with the Rev. Joy Rose officiating. Interment was private.
She was the daughter of the late James Arthur Yow II and Florence May Wilds Yow.
She is survived by her mother, Florence M. Yow; her husband, Stephen W. Myers; two sons, Stephen M. Myers of Goldsboro and Mark Myers; a daughter, Regina Williams; a brother, James A. Yow; and five grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Josie and Markie Myers and Ryleigh Williams.
She was predeceased by her father.
Pallbearers were Zach Myers, Johnny Sims, Samuel Tayman and Mike Williams.
Visitation was held Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Raymond Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Md.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to the ALS Association, DC/MD/VA Chapter, 7507 Standish Place, Rockville, Md., 20855.
