Dorothy Mitchell Talton, 83, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will greet friends following the service.
Dorothy was born in Johnston County Aug. 4, 1925, to the late Charlie P. Mitchell and Addie E. Mitchell. She was married to the late Troy E. Talton.
Dorothy had worked for many years at Woolworth's and was a member of Pineview Baptist Church.
Dorothy is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
