CATHERINE A. DAVIS

Died April 3, 2009

"The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away."

Catherine Aldridge Davis, 108, a resident of Britthaven Nursing Center, passed away peacefully Friday at Britthaven.

A beautiful centurion, her life will be remembered and celebrated Thursday at noon at First Congregational Church in Dudley with the Rev. Harold Daniels officiating.

Len Henderson (Renee) of Dudley, Bonita Henderson Rogers (Rodney) of Winston-Salem, Charlene Henderson of Forestville, Md., and Monte Henderson (Katrina) of Clinton, Md.; and other special nieces, Wanda Henderson Stevenson of Dudley and Linda Greenfield of Indian Springs, Md.
