Funeral services for Gail J. Broadhurst, 53, who died at Craven Regional Medical Center in New Bern will be held Saturday at 12 noon at the Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel, Goldsboro, with the Rev. Cleveland Parks officiating. Interment will be in the Old Mill Cemetery.
She is survived by nine sisters: Mildred Watford, Willie B. Gardener, and Mahalia Jones, all of Goldsboro, Laura Stevens of Charlotte, Nancy Jones, of Las Vegas, Kathleen McGee of Missouri City, Texas, Evelyn Dozier of Fort Hood, Killeen, Texas, Capt. Angela Jones of Minn., and Larcenia Floyd of Houston, Texas; three brothers; Selwyn Jones of South Dakota, Carlton L. Jones of Seven Springs, and Hilary Thomas Jones of Mount Olive.
Viewing will be today from 3 to 7:30 p.m. at the Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel with the family present from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. At the other times the family will receive friends at the home of Mahalia Jones, 103 Marlette Drive. Condolences may be emailed to 735-4586 or emailed to Rhodesfh1@aol.com.
