PRINCETON - Alford Jesse Aycock, 79, 428 Howell Road, died Thursday. He was the son of the late Jesse and Elma Hollowell Aycock.
The funeral service will be 7 p.m. Friday at Casey Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwayne Rush and the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. The committal service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Princeton Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Clara Wilkins Aycock; sons, Thomas Elton and Alford Ray Aycock of Princeton; daughters, Clara Ann Potter, Shirley Gray Newcomb, and Jenny Marie Evans, all of Princeton; sister, Annie Evans of Goldsboro; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 6 p.m. Friday and immediately following the funeral service at Casey Funeral Home.
