SNOW HILL - David Golden Hardison, 67, died on Tuesday at Pitt Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hardison was a native of Lenoir County and a retired Correctional Officer with NC Department of Corrections.
He is survived by a sister, Sigrid Hardison Smith of Snow Hill; four nieces and one nephew.
Pursuant to his wishes, Mr. Hardison's ashes will be interred with his mother and a private family memorial service will be held at a later time.
