Ida Gunter, 80, Goldsboro died Tuesday in Britthaven Nursing Center.
Among her survivors is her son Handy Gunter, Jr. of Clinton and a sister Walletta Crawford of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at her sister's residence, 158 Rosewood Road.
Arrangements are entrusted to the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsoboro.
