SNOW HILL -- Billy Wells, 75, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Snow Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Mays officiating.
He was a native of Greene County and a veteran of the Army serving the Korean Conflict.
His surviving family includes his brothers, Douglas Wells of Hamlet, Dexter Wells of Snow Hill and Ray Harold Wells of Emerald Isle; sisters, Mary Howell of Clayton, and Eleanor Cullipher and Ann Shepard of Snow Hill.
The family will receive friends throughout Tuesday at the residence, 4414 U.S. 13 south, Snow Hill, and immediately following the service Wednesday.
Arrangements are being handled by Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service.
