Florence Johnson Mills, 79, of 2161 Galilee Road, Lot 4, died Monday at Johnson Memorial Hospital. A native of Champion Nebraska, she was born the daughter of the late Charles and Daisy Faulk Johnson and was the widow of Billy Dean Mills. Mrs. Mills was a homemaker.
Mrs. Mills is survived by her daughters, Jan Cole and husband Ralph of Haughton, Louisiana and Cindy Jones and husband Sam of Goldsboro; sons, Billy Joe Mills of Smithfield and Craig Mills and wife Angela of Bossier City, La.; sister, Bonnie Mills of Stockton, Calif.; brother, Melvin Johnson of Sterling, Colo.; grandchildren, Brandon Morrison, Breeanna and Corey Cole, Sam Jones and wife Natasha, Adam Jones and fiance' Shannon Rodriguez, Ambur Mills, Kristopher Mills, Joshua Evans, Jeremy Evans, and Dylan Mills, great-grandchildren, Dawson and Gabe Jones, Maleaha Radriguez.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Love Memorial Baptist Church, 192 Woodland Church Rd., Goldsboro, N.C. 27530
The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7 until 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
