MADELYN J. WOMBLE
Died Sept. 17, 2006
Jeremiah Joseph and Wendy Kaye Howard Womble announce the birth and death of their daughter, Madelyn "Maddy Cakes" Jade Womble Sunday.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 7p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Sherman officiating.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Jonathan Chase Summerlin and Wyatt Avery Womble of the home; grandparents, Mary Joyce Howard of Seven Springs and James Kenneth and Joan Womble of Grantham; great-grandparents, Max and Ailene Hollamon of LaGrange and Dolores I. Soucy of Massachusetts; aunts and uncles, Jonathan and Aaronia Womble of Mount Olive, Joey and Lisa McCullen and Debbie Hankins of Seven Springs; special aunts, "Auntie" Faye King and "Auntie" Amy Jones; special uncle and aunt, Daniel and CeCe Anderson; and several great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Linwood Howard; great-grandparents, Billy Maylon Womble, Robert J. Soucy, Wesley "Buster" and Mildred Adams and Finnie and Sadie Howard.
The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her parents, 1998 Stevens Mill Road, Goldsboro.
